ordering via email, mail, please provide us with the following information:

Order Processing:
Once your order is received, it is immediately processed and will be ready
for shipping within 1-5 weeks (pending receipt and clearing of payment).
Notification will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your order,
and will include the total amount due (including shipping charges and
any applicable taxes), and an estimated time to shipment. In the event
that any items ordered are unavailable or backordered, you will be notified
immediately. As the majority of our items are made-to-order, time to shipment
will vary depending on the size of the order and/or the intricacy of the
styles ordered. Orders will only be shipped following receipt and clearing
of payment. A second confirmation will be sent to you when your order
is actually shipped.
Payment:
Orders must be prepaid or paid via COD. We currently accept checks and
money orders. We also accept credit and debit card payments online via
paypal. For more information on using paypal or to submit payment via
paypal, go to www.paypal.com. Our
paypal account name is "coco@lovinganvil.com". We are currently
unable to accept credit card payments directly. All checks should be made
payable to Gil or Coco Corral.
Returned
checks will be charged a $25 fee.
Shipping:
we're shipping via fedex ground usually. included in the pricing for domestic
shipping.
For
Express shipping or other situations inquire for rates. Please inquire
for International shipping rates or for shipping charges to APO/FPO. COD
charges are additional. Please contact us for COD charges.

Returns:
As most items are made-to-order, we can only accept returns on damaged
merchandise shipped within the last 14 days. Please check packages when
they arrive and email returns@freshlowtech.com,
in advance, to inform us of your return. For your protection, please ship
all returned items prepaid and insured in a sturdy carton or well-padded
mailer. Items damaged in return shipping will not accepted. Returns should
include your invoice number, date of purchase, and your personal information
(as listed above), along with the specific reason for return. Refunds
will be paid via check.
All
work is guaranteed against defect. In the unlikely event a repair is necessary
there is no charge within the first 90 days after receipt of item. This
does not, however, cover a ring etc., that was, say, involved in a game
of tackle football, slammed in a door or rolled over by a car.

Cancellations:
Order cancellations will only be accepted within the 24 hrs. following
order placement and only if production on made-to-order pieces has not
yet begun. Cancellations must be emailed or phoned in to ensure timely
receipt of request.
